Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. If a product is in stock, it will be shipped within 14 business days of order confirmation. If an item is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restock or request a full refund.

Domestic Shipping (Hungary)

  • Orders are delivered via GLS or Magyar Posta (MPL) or courier service.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, size, and delivery method.

International Shipping

  • We do NOT ship internationally.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please contact us at cso@budapestneon.hu if you would like a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Packaging
All products are shipped in secure packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Please check your parcel upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, ask the courier to record a report and refuse the package. Claims for damaged items without a delivery report cannot be accepted.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, or if your inbox is full and you do not receive confirmation e-mails, CSŐ! cannot be held liable.
