Fundamental Provisions

Contracts concluded through the Webshop do not qualify as written contracts. CSŐ! does not file them, thus they are not accessible or reviewable afterwards.

For issues not regulated in these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter T&C), Hungarian law shall prevail, with particular regard to Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The mandatory provisions of these laws apply without specific stipulation.

This regulation is effective from 1 September 2014. CSŐ! reserves the right to unilaterally amend the T&C. Amendments will be published on the website 14 days before they take effect. By browsing or using the website, the Customer automatically accepts that all related regulations apply to them, acknowledging these T&C as binding.

Products and Services

Products displayed in the webshop are available for online order. Prices are in Hungarian forints, include VAT, but exclude delivery fees outside Hungary.

Each product includes a name, description, and photograph. Some images are for illustration only. Colors may slightly differ in reality due to monitor settings. Handcrafted items are unique and may slightly differ from the photos. CSŐ! assumes no liability for minor differences. Such differences do not constitute improper performance and do not entitle the Customer to warranty claims or contractual remedies.

Ordering Process

Selecting the product
Customers may purchase without registration. Clicking on a product shows its details. If the Customer wishes to purchase, they add it to the virtual basket using the “Add to cart” button. In the basket, Customers can review items, final price, and shipping cost. Quantities and contents may be modified before checkout.

Placing the order
When satisfied, the Customer proceeds to “Checkout.” They may log in as a returning customer, register as a new customer, or continue without registration by providing billing and shipping details. Next, they select delivery and payment method, then confirm the order by clicking “Place order.”

Offer, Confirmation, and Contract Formation

After submission, CSŐ! confirms receipt of the order via automatic e-mail within 48 hours. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt, not acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when CSŐ! separately accepts the order by e-mail.

If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, the Customer is released from the offer.

If errors are found in the confirmation e-mail, the Customer must notify CSŐ! within one day to avoid unwanted order fulfillment.

Contracts concluded electronically are governed by Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001 (on electronic commerce), Government Decree 45/2014 (on consumer contracts), and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Storage of the Contract

Order data is stored by CSŐ!. Customers may print the confirmation for their records.

Payment

Online card payments are processed through Barion. Card data are not transmitted to the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. is supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Shipping

Orders are delivered by post or courier. For international deliveries, please request a separate quote.

Delivery time: within 14 business days if in stock.

If errors or omissions appear in product descriptions or prices, CSŐ! reserves the right to correct them and will notify the Customer. The Customer may then confirm or withdraw the order.

All orders are acknowledged by automatic e-mail. The final price includes all costs. Invoice and withdrawal information are included in the package.

Customers must check packages upon delivery in the courier’s presence. If damaged, a report must be taken and the package refused. Without such documentation, later claims cannot be accepted.

CSŐ! is not liable if confirmation is delayed due to incorrect e-mail address or full inbox provided by the Customer.

Fulfillment

If the product is in stock, the order is fulfilled within 14 business days of confirmation. If unavailable, CSŐ! must inform the Customer. The parties may agree on a later delivery date, or if not, CSŐ! must refund the payment within 30 days.

CSŐ! reserves the right to reject confirmed orders, in part or in whole, with prior agreement with the Customer.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.), Customers may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product. Withdrawal may also be exercised between order and delivery.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer. No other costs apply, except compensation for damages caused by misuse.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

Upon return, CSŐ! refunds the full purchase price within 30 days.

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by post or e-mail. The date of posting or sending applies. Postal notices must be sent as registered mail.

Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with invoice. COD returns cannot be accepted.

If misused, damages are borne by the Customer.

Refunds are transferred to the Customer’s bank account within 30 days of receipt. CSŐ! may withhold refund until return is confirmed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if products are returned incomplete, used, or damaged.

Complaints

CSŐ! aims to settle disputes amicably.

Verbal complaints are addressed immediately if possible. If not, or if the Customer disagrees, CSŐ! records a written report, which is stored with the response for 3 years.

Complaints by phone or electronic communication are documented, and a copy is sent to the Customer. Written complaints are answered within 30 days.

Copyright

All webshop content is protected under Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. Downloading, storing, or processing content without written permission is prohibited. Even with permission, source reference to the website is required.

Copying products, images, or solutions, or using applications that modify the site is prohibited.

Ownership of Information

All content on budapestneon.hu belongs to CSŐ!. Design and content are protected by Hungarian and international law. Selling, altering, or republishing without permission is prohibited. CSŐ! reserves all rights and will enforce them, including legal action if necessary.
